Just like in our physical stores, Dan’s wants to give you a great shopping experience! We will provide a convenient, secure, accurate internet shopping service.
 
Payment Methods

Dan’s will accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards and will accept a personal check within our check acceptance guidelines.

There must be someone available at the time of delivery over the age of eighteen.   We will require that the credit card slip be signed or the check be given at the time of delivery.

We will not accept cash, coupons, food stamps, or WIC vouchers for an online delivery.

As always, Dan’s personnel DO NOT accept tips and gratuities.

Important Information About Your Order

Dan’s Super Market strives to bring you the same quality and service online that you expect in our stores. We will strive to bring you all of the products that you have ordered. However, if we are temporarily out of an item we can substitute it with another brand. If you would like us to NOT substitute an item, please indicate that when you are checking out. You may also leave us a message with special instructions.

The online sales total does not include sales tax. Once your order is ready, it will be scanned through our regular scanning system and the complete total will be established.

The sales prices will be reflected on the day the order is delivered, not when the order is placed. Our new ad begins every Wednesday morning. If an order is place on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, it will reflect the new ad pricing in effect on Wednesday. Your order total may also be affected by items that were not in stock, substituted items, and random weight items such as meat or produce.

When you order meat or produce items from Dan’s, we will select the highest quality items that we have available. We will attempt to best match the poundage or quantity that you have indicated in your order. However, there may be small differences depending on the packages that are available.

At the time of delivery, someone eighteen years old or older must be available to sign for the delivery. If tobacco products are included they must also be able to produce a valid ID to verify their age. If an adult is not present, we will not be able to complete the delivery.

If Dan’s cannot deliver an order because no one is available at the residence, the groceries will be taken back to the store. Any order that is refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the delivery and packing fees. If there are changes in your time frame after placing an order, please contact us immediately to avoid any unnecessary charges. Once the delivery has been attempted and the customer wishes to have the order delivered again, a second delivery fee will apply.

If an order is placed for pickup and it is NOT picked up on the day it is scheduled, there will also be a 20% restocking fee.

An order may be canceled up to the time the order is actually prepared for delivery. Once the order has been packaged for delivery the 20% restocking fee will apply if the order is canceled. No delivery fee will be charged.
